What we collect
- Emails you send us. If you contact support or request an EA, we receive your email address, name (if provided) and the content of your message, including any broker account details you choose to share for eligibility checks.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver and secure the website.
The website has no user accounts, contact forms or payment processing. We use Google Analytics to understand visits and interactions. Google Analytics uses cookies and processes usage information such as pages visited, device and browser details, and referral sources.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and provide support.
- To check eligibility for partner offers and deliver approved Expert Advisors and setup instructions.
- To keep the website secure and working.

Third parties
- Hosting: the website runs on Railway, which processes connection logs.
- Fonts: typefaces load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address and browser information when the font files are requested.
- Email: support email is hosted by Hostinger.
- Brokers: when you follow a Markets4you or XS link, you leave this website. The broker's own privacy policy then applies, and the broker may tell us whether a referral qualified.
